Ventana II w/gar. FEATURES
The Ventana C2 is nearly identical to the Ventana C1, except with a differently placed stairway, a double-arched entrance and 1491 square feet of space. This huge, townhome-style three-bedroom, two-bath apartment homes has a first-floor entrance leading up a carpeted staircase to the top-floor living area.

The spacious living room includes an oversized window. The large dining room leads out to a long balcony via a sliding glass door.

The kitchen is huge, with lots of cabinet and counter space and a bar area facing the living room. Next to the kitchen is a big utility closet with washer/dryer connections, large, double-shelving.

A single-car garage, with an additional reserved parking space in front of it, is accessed from the staircase.

The master bedroom suite accommodates queen-size furniture and has an oversized window looking out on the balcony. It includes a huge walk-in closet with built-in shelving and a private bathroom with a garden bathtub/shower combination and a dual vanity.

The second bedroom accommodates queen-size furniture, has windows on two sides and a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving. It also offers direct access to the second bathroom, which has a standard-sized bathtub/shower combination with tile surround. The bathroom has a separate guest entrance from the living area.
